The following rooms/suites/cabins have been placed on hold in Yellowstone for the AP 2012 post conference period from May 20th to May 23rd. This may add to the attraction of staying in the area after the annual conference is over. Daily tours will be provided, see "Activities" page for details

Old Faithful Inn:
- (10) Standard rooms with 1 queen bed
$157.00 per 2 adults (12 & over) before taxes & fees.
Snow Lodge:
- (10) Lodge rooms with 2 queen beds
$231.00 per 2 adults (12 & over) before taxes & fees.
- (6) Lodge rooms with 1 queen bed
$231.00 per 2 adults (12 & over) before taxes & fees
A deposit of the first night’s room rate at each location must be received at the time of booking the reservation and is payable by credit card.
Each individual guest must call 307.344.5518 by MARCH 19, 2012

These arrangements are IN ADDITION to the room block for the meeting, and do not count towards the room block. These rooms are provided at discounted rates for the use of those attending the meeting should they so desire.
Individual's Deposits are paid by the individual as they book their rooms, amounting to payment of the 1st night’s stay. The balance will be due from the individual at the time of arrival. The only penalty is if the individual cancels within 30 days of arrival. Then the deposit will be forfeit. If cancellation is made earlier than 30 days, there is no penalty.
