The tour begins at the Jackson Hole Historical Museum where you will learn about ranching, movie locations, rodeo, and outdoor sports. Enjoy a private walking tour around Jackson Hole and learn about the early settlers, historic buildings and whimsical stories about western characters.

Group Social Outing: Wildlife Expedition
Friday, May 18th · 5:00pm-9:00pm

Join your colleagues on a sunset expedition viewing the wildlife of the Greater Yellowstone Geo-ecosystem. Expedition leaders know the best wildlife viewing spots, understand animal behavior. Our customized, safari-style vehicles are equipped with retractable roof hatches and sliding windows to maximize observation opportunities.

Executive Chef, Michael Goralski, will design the demonstration menu. Guests will enjoy a glass of champagne, sample their creations by fireside and depart with a recipe booklet.

Post-Meeting Tour
Yellowstone National Park         

Sun. May 20th - Wed. May 23rd
 

A private two day tour of USA?s first National Park.  Day one you will visit the Mammoth Hot Springs, the Upper and Lower Falls at the Grand Canyon and the Fountain Paint Pots.  Day two will include a tour of the Old Faithful Geyser Basin and the Midway Geyser Basin which contains the Grand Prismatic Spring (the world?s largest hot spring).  This is a trip not to be missed!

Sunday, May 20th  Depart Four Seasons Hotel at 4:00pm, Arrives at Old Faithful Inn 7:00pm

Wednesday, May 23rd  Depart Old Faithful Inn at 7:00am, Arrives at JAC Airport at 10:00am

Price: $350 per person - Does not include accommodations: see AP web site for booking lodging

Confirm your lodging reservations by March 19th to ensure rate.Limited rooms are available. Do not delay!                                             

Includes: Round-trip transportation, two private day tours, Park entry fee and two box lunches.     

Tour will return to Jackson Hole Wednesday morning and make stops at the JAC airport and hotels in Jackson upon request.  Make travel arrangements accordingly.
