Great British Baking Cooking Class

The Academy Guests will be taking part in a Great British Cooking class offered at Sur la table.  

Cooking Class Description: In this class, we’ll teach you how to make delicious British baking classics. Our light and fluffy Victoria Sponge Cake is filled with layers of cream and strawberry jam, making it the perfect tea-time treat. Then, we’ll make a pudding cake that we’ll soak and drizzle with luscious layers of toffee sauce. And finally, we’ll show you how to bake and roll a puff pastry for our crispy, hearty sausage-filled rolls.

What To Expect: In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
